I should have Named her Winnie

It seems 2009 has turned a new leaf for the Duff family. A leaf of fever and poo. Literally. We have been ill more than we have been well collectively. Kera Grace is holding her own despite the unbelievable one week on, one week off fever and diarrhea combo. She keeps plugging along eating everything in site as if the world were one big gastronomic adventure. Nali is back in Kindergarten (German preschool) and loves it now. She is understanding more German and is actually starting to speak a few words back to the teachers and children. She does get annoyed with one of her teachers who "won't answer me" because she doesn't speak any English. I give her a year and she will be close to fluent. Today her favorite teacher "Bitte schon" told me that she thinks Nali will be ready for more time in school when she turns 3. Saaaweet. Now we just have to potty train. Much to Duffs' dismay Nali has really taken to dress up, princesses and being beautiful. She loves to put all the items at her disposal on at once because more pretty things=more beautiful. I feel for the men she dates in the future. Suitors come bearing sparkly gifts or heavy pockets.
