Punky Doodle Goes Sailing

There once was a little girl with skin as white as the snow and hair as fiery as the setting sun. She longed to be big enough to go sailing in the Sound. She grew and grew for weeks hoping to be big enough to fit into her life jacket so that she could sail the crisp blue waters. Finally one day her mom and dad said she was big enough. She got all dressed up in her sailing clothes and got in her seat to go to the boat. They took her out on Capt. Grandpa's boat to see what she could see. She watched and watched for the five minutes she could keep her eyes open. Then she fell asleep in the front of the boat and dreamt great dreams of being back in the womb. She slept for the rest of the ride. When she got home she was so mad that she missed out on most of the ride that she cried and stomped her feet for a long time. The only thing that could make her happy now was to eat and snuggle on papa bear's chest for hours. Next time she'll stay awake longer.

Too Cute for My Clothes

I skew on the adult version. I have been growing up a storm and getting cuter by the day. Some of my fans may not think it is possible to get any cuter, but I am here to tell you, it is true. Here is the proof. Pictures don't lie.

Chillin in the NW

I am so glad that I was born in the NW where the weather changes each day. This way I can wear all of the cool clothes that people gave me before I outgrow them. Last week I was wearing short sleeved jumpers and this week I am in sweaters and fleece.

Top Chef

Thanks to Auntie M and Uncle Bill I have a nice clean house and my mom was fed a great meal. It was fun to see the aunties and uncles last week. We should really do it more often. Mommy says she'll eat meals someone else cooks anytime. :)

Weekend Livin

I just wanted to share a couple of pics from our Saturday Market trip this weekend. I am getting so big, 9lbs 8oz yesterday. We are going to stay around home for a few weeks cause my parents are exhausted from the last two weekends and daddy has a bit of a broken foot so he can't go adventuring too far away for 4 weeks.

Home Sweet Home

We had a busy weekend with all of our families. I got to meet so many new people, got more beautiful gifts and stayed in my mom's old house. Here are some of the pictures from the Taylor Family. We didn't get any with Nana and Papa so if anyone out there can send my mom copies she'd be so happy. :)

I am learning the game. I have my dad wrapped around my tiny little pinky finger and all I have to do is put out my pouty lip and my mom melts. Until now I just ate, slept and pottied. Now I am beginning to stay awake. Mom isn't too happy when I stay awake at night. Last night I woke up every 2 hours. My parents were like putty in my hands. They can't say no to me. This morning daddy held me for 2 hours so that mommy could sleep more than an hour. I think I'll sleep all day so that I can wake up every hour tonight. :) PS Mom calls me Punky Doodle. I don't know about the doodle part but I have the attitude of a Punky.
