Giddie Up

I went to a fun pic-nic at dad's work the other day so I got to wear my cowgirl boots. I love them. My mom insisted on putting a fleece jacket on me so that I didn't look too country. I like matching dad when he wears his big black hat. Now all I need is a set of spurs. Yeehaw. Strike Hard.

Family Tree

I have already traveled near and far to visit my family. Here are pictures of me with all of my great-grandparents. I know I won't get to see some of them for a while unless they come to visit me for some adventuring European style. Mom and dad really need to get some training on travel. They think they can carry a million bags, push me in the stroller and drink coffee while taking off their shoes to go through security. Good thing those security guys are so helpful. Priorities people.

Grammy and mommy gave me a bath this weekend. They think it is funny when my hair is curly. Then they put me in my frog PJ's again cause they wanted to see me dance and sing. Who do they think they are? What do they think I am entertainment or something? More milk, keep it coming, if you want me to dance and sing I'll be needing some sustainance.

Hi Ho Froggy-O

I have to share these pics of Denali in her new froggy outfit. It is supposed to be for 3 mo so I thought she'd have some time in it but it is already getting too small so I took pics right away. She was cracking me up so much at my well womens appointment yesterday that I was laughing out loud. She noticed that there was something on her feet and that if she kicked her feet the frogs danced and that it made a shooshing noise against the fabric of her carseat. I wish I knew how to upload the video clip I took but for now pictures will have to do.

Walkin' Round the Block

It seems that lately during the week the only adventuring my mom is up to is walking the dog around the block. It takes over 30 minutes to get ready for a 15 minute walk. Of course mom was brainwashed in Germany so I have to wear a hat even though it is nearly 80 degrees out. At least I could feel the breeze on my legs cause I was in a dress. This week mommy decided to use the "easy" stroller. This one has breaks and everything. It is a bit bouncy when we "off-road" through the grass in the undeveloped areas. Then I really like a snack when I get home and I have to cry if mommy doesn't feed me right away.

A Pirates Life for Me

I went on another boat ride this weekend. I love them. In fact they lull me to sleep. After mommy had her spa treatment we went for a ride on the Plover. The Plover is a historic ferry in Blaine that runs between the resort and the town. I looked out the window for a minute and before I knew it we were on the other side. I am not sure why we went to the other side cause there wasn't anything there except the Canadian border. So we walked in the rain and then rode the boat back to the resort. Now we are back home. I am still growing (10lbs 3 oz yesterday). I hope to see some of you before I take my big adventure to Europe. More later, Punkie Doodle.
